Apex Gear is one of the largest, most capable machine shops in the United States. Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Support person will include:

• Superior customer care.
• Preparing new orders and quotes.
• Purchasing.
• Answering phones & customer inquiries.
• Supporting our sales staff in any way necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility & resourcefulness.  
• An ability to work independently toward the goals of the team.
• A basic understanding of a manufacturing environment.

Experience in a manufacturing environment / machine shop or metals knowledge would be a big plus, but is not required. A track record of previous job stability is essential.
